can my clucth be toasted?

I went to the track on saturday and sunday and i did 5 runs. 4 out 5 runs i didnt do any burn out. the last run i did my greatest burn out in my life and i think i toasted the clucth. I keep smelling something is burning. Smells like paper burning. But i still can engage gears smootly and there isnt any weird noise. Can the clucth be toasted even there is no sings of burn?

I think you may have just temporarily glazed the clutch. If it doesn't wear off in a couple days of easy driving, you may have toasted your clutch. How many miles to you have on it? Is it a stock clutch?

yea is stock clucth. the clucth just grabs like before and the cars runs fine. But i just keep smeeling paper burn after i did the burnout untill today and is somewhere near the intake manifold comming below it.
any suggestion?

Take it easy on it for a week. Try to remember what it felt like before the drags.

I have 87,000 miles on my stock clutch and it still works fine. Maybe I'm lucky.
